Carriage: for orders of up to £35, post & packing is charged at £4.99. Orders over £35 will be shipped free of any extra charges to UK mainland addresses. For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, and places outside mainland UK, please call or email for a quotation.
Dispatch is normally within two working days or order for items in stock. Standard delivery by Royal Mail or other carrier will generally be within five working days. Your goods may be sent to you in instalments if some items are out of stock.
If your delivery address is outside the UK (mainland), we will contact you to discuss your order If we do supply, you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance.
Payments are processed via Google Checkout and Google Checkout's terms and conditions apply to protect you without affecting your statutory rights. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Recycling: we always try to re-use the packaging that we receive from our suppliers. This means that your item/s may be sent in boxes, and wrapped in paper and/or bubble-wrap, that has been used before.
All prices are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices include UK VAT (tax).
We take care to provide up to date product information and images. Please note there may be variations in colour and/or the image/description/size/s shown and the actual product/s.
Cancelling an order
If you have submitted your order and want to cancel please call or email us as soon as possible. If the order has been processed we may not be able to cancel it.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us as soon as it arrives and return it to us within seven working days for a refund, exchange or credit.
Please note that we do not give exchanges, credit notes or refunds on personalised items, items returned after seven days, items lost or broken during return transit. We do not pay postage on returns unless the return is as a result of our error or the goods are faulty. We deal with returns as quickly as we can, but during busy periods please allow 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Privacy
Beach and beachseaside.co.uk will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party other than Google Checkout.
